1) Does the Ozyalo bath pillow fit any bathtub?

Ozyalo fits most standard bathtubs, freestanding tubs, and many spas/hot tubs. For best results, use it on smooth surfaces so the suction cups can seal properly.

2) Will it work on textured tubs?

Suction cups may not seal well on heavily textured or matte/stone-like surfaces. If your tub is lightly textured, it may still work, but grip strength can vary.

3) Can I use it in a hot tub or spa?

Yes—Ozyalo can be used in many hot tubs and spas as long as the surface is smooth enough for suction cups to attach securely.

4) What are the dimensions?

Suction Cups & Setup

7) How do I get the suction cups to stick strongly?

For the best hold:

  1. Clean and rinse the tub surface (remove oils/soap residue)

  2. Lightly wet the suction cups

  3. Press each cup firmly against the tub

  4. Wait a few seconds before leaning back

8) Why do the suction cups keep slipping?

Most commonly it’s due to:

  • soap/oil residue on the tub surface

  • textured/matte tub finish

  • not pressing all cups firmly
    Try cleaning the surface again and reattaching.

9) How do I remove it without damaging the suction cups?

Lift using the pull tabs on the suction cups (don’t yank the pillow body).
